7月底开卡使用三天就被封，之前申请退款五六次全部被拒，最后一次8月12号申请退款一直没有回复，27号突然显示转交第三方以为退款无望，昨天看到有的佬退款成功，于是又尝试申请退款新的申请但没有回复，这条8月申请显示已回复点进来发现居然同意退款，目前还未到账。
