关于近期谷歌账号大规模风控导致封禁的个人解封办法

最近我的谷歌账号封禁了七八个，有些是白嫖的 Gemini pro .有些是用来收验证码的，问了好多朋友同时间封禁了好多，经过努力账号都成功的申诉回来了。

下面是我的解决办法，发出来给佬友们参考

访问谷歌账号恢复页面登录时触发封禁提示后，点击“申请审核”粘贴以下模板并修改括号内信息，真诚说明情况即可：注意^-^，这个申诉原因不能作为模板最好是根据自己的情况去写，合理的即可

I understand that frequent VPN usage may have caused inconsistent or varied IP addresses, which likely triggered your system’s security checks. This account contains a large amount of irreplaceable work data, including client communications, project documents, and work schedules. 关键步骤&注意事项

- 提交后等待12小时：据多位用户申诉成功案例，谷歌对首次申诉的响应速度较快，最快12小时内即可收到解封通知，多数情况24小时内有结果；

- 勿重复申诉：频繁提交申诉会延迟处理进度，谷歌系统会按顺序审核，重复申诉可能被判定为恶意操作；

- 查收回复渠道：谷歌会将审核结果发送至辅助邮箱，务必检查收件箱、垃圾邮件文件夹；部分案例无邮件通知，可12小时后尝试直接登录账号查看是否解封；

- ^-^这一条最重要，我被卡在这一条好久。收到解封邮件以后千万不要第一时间去登录，很容易再次被风控！最好间隔一天以后找一个干净的 ip 在原设备上登录谷歌邮箱！！！

- ^-^如果解封后登录出现尝试登录失败太多，请等几个小时再试。千万别再重复登录了，最保守稳定的办法等待 72 小时

还有些账号情况比较严重，如申诉后超过3天未解封，可补充账号使用记录（如登录设备、常用地区）再次提交申诉，谷歌对部分违规类型支持二次审核！如实填写就好，把锅甩给 vpn ，说自己用了不干净的机场，也是被骗了^-^ 。大概应该能过

这是我最近几个账号的情况，我感觉大概率都能申诉回来，唯一的麻烦就是解封后登录失败需要等很久才能重置，再次登录
