最近想订阅 ChatGPT Plus 或 Team，需要准备一张可用于境外订阅的支付卡。没有护照，有没有什么能申请到的卡，要求开gpt啥的可用。
我的需求
- 能正常支付 ChatGPT Plus/Team
- 开卡费、充值费、月费、汇率和消费手续费尽量透明
- 无护照情况下可以完成开卡
关于 Bybit
目前站上搜了搜，有很多关于Bybit的帖子，有几个问题不太确定：
- Bybit EU / Bybit Card 最近是否还能正常申请和使用？
- 无护照能否通过 KYC？对中国大陆用户的实际可用性如何？
- 搜了一下才知道有返现，但最新的帖子都很久了，不知道EU现在还有返现吗？返现比例、上限、适用消费范围以及是否有其他条件？
- 用来支付 ChatGPT 订阅是否稳定，有没有遇到风控、拒付或后续补验证？
- 除 Bybit 外，佬友们还有什么卡比较推荐？

1、Bybit EU 还可以申请，我16号申请，18号开卡，按道理bybit其它区应该更容易

2、EU需要护照做KYC，网上教程说有些区的身份证就行
3、我的入金 2USDC 和 5USDC的任务奖励都被拒了
